Mirror Mirror On The Wall...

Hi Everyone!
This week's challenge at Dutch Dare Card Challenges is to make a card or project :
For Mom
I have chosen this gorgeous paper from K&Co to compliment the freebie image from TLC. Gotta love Paulette and friends ! She keeps coming up with  the most awesome stuff, if you don't
follow her, you should!
But the sentiments here on this card are my own and they're pretty cool too, IMHO. lol I simply created them on the computer with various fonts.

OK!
So the flowers and butterflies you're
seeing are K&Co

Below you see the Nesties framing my image. What would the world do without Nesties, by the way? Would we still make cards? Did crafting (as we know it) exist before Nesties?
Wonderful invention!

Lots of bling going on here...I just know
you want a closer look so I'll oblige. :-)
I colored the image with Prismacolors and
paper pieced the dresses.

A few close ups:

I just love these colors together...

The flowers in the picture below are a combination of Marvy punches and Recollection brand flowers.
Theres a nestie again....See they pop up everywhere!

Go For The Gold

This week at Dutch Dare is Fancy Fold
So I chose to do another explosion box.
The possibilities of fancy folds, are endless.
Do join us in the fun this week!

I do love these boxes!
They make the perfect gift for special occasions.
This was for a couple who were celebrating their
50th wedding anniversary. (Hence all the gold)
50 years definitely deserves something special!
