A Purple Frenzy

I needed to make a sympathy card and was going to go a different route, when I saw this color inspiration from The Playdate Cafe!  It looked so pretty I had to try it! It was much harder than I thought to make these colors work.  I had a whole different thing
going on in the front and hated it. Almost chucked the whole thing.  Then took it apart and came up with this.
These Martha Stewart Die Cuts are so handy.  Saves the day every time! You'll be seeing a lot of them I
used them in several of my recent cards. (Not yet posted) I have been very busy.  I am making a gajillion cards, then will be busy making 4 scrapbooks for my nieces and nephew.  So no cards for a while! :(
I made enough to post every so often just in case you'll miss me.

Another Sympathy card for a friend.  You will be seeing a few of these too.  Several deaths recently!

What was I on when these pictures were taken?
None of them are straight! Can't do
retakes already gave the card away! Oops!

Stacey, I like those Martha die cuts, too. I bought a pack, but haven't used one yet. I can't wait to see what other creations you made with them. Sounds like you've been a crafting fool lately! Your nieces and nephews are lucky to have you do scrapbooks for them. ANd your sympathy card is one of the loveliest I've ever seen. THanks for playing with us at the Play Date Cafe!

I would not have thought of purple for a sympathy card but it works so well. I have to make another one tomorrow, I've just heard. Do they always come at once or does it just seem like it. Love the lace, and it is such a pretty medallion. Hugs lin

It's really nice card, though I think it would be more appropriate for some other occasion :-) Beside that - I really really love it and the colors worked out perfectly! Hope you won't need to do some of those soon.
