The Queen Bee

The challenge this week at Dutch Dare is Distressing.
The situation is not distressing, the challenge is distressing!
So if life is stressful de-stress by di-stressing your paper!
It is a bit fun taking it out on the poor paper!
(Sorry, I fear this could be a silly post!)
That can be with inks or distressing the paper.  I chose to distress
the paper.  Very easy.  Give it a try and join us this week!

OK, I was told by a close friend (I won't mention Dorcas' name!!)
that some things are better left unsaid.
Well, I have this need to tell everything! Silly or not! So here it goes.
This card is an anniversary card for my mother in law and her husband.
I have to disclose her name for this to make any sense.  Her name is Deborah
or Debbie and their last name is King.  Because Debbie, means "bee"
she loves bees and has been known to say "My name is Deb-bee bzzz bzzz"
I think this is the part of the story I am supposed to leave out! LOL!
So for a few years now, I have found items that have a bee in it, as well as
a crown, which fits well with the name king, and they both are happy.
I don't normally put two fancy embellishments next to each other,
but for the circumstance it worked out.
Close-up of crown and bee (Could be a fly, but we are going to say
a bee or this whole story does not make sense!)
Different view to show the distressing

OK OK, so maybe it was better to tell the whole zany story, after all they're YOUR relatives not mine! lol OK lets be fair, Aaron's!
I think it came out real nice, The stickers are great, they don't look like stickers but more like metal embellies. You know they'll LOVE it!! Well done!
