Slightly Vintage

This week there have been some very pretty color
challenges.  Very soft, vintage, girly, right up my alley.
I missed most of them, but will still be able to
enter in The Playdate Cafe and Off The Wall Craftiness Challenges
Looks like I missed the Playdate, got my days mixed up.
I'm a little bummed, I wanted to enter their challenge all
week and thought I had time. Oh well.  You can see
where my color scheme came from anyway.
I loved both of these Color Inspirations.
I am also trying my hand at the Verve sketches this
month.  This is week 3. I will be posting them out of
order. As I am still working on week 1

Now for the details of the card
I have made this pendant before and love it!
Got the idea From Andrea Ewen
I love her work, and she does beautiful Pendants & medallions.

Nice job, Stacey! I still think you ought to enter this card about three times as each angle (inside and out) could be a seperate card!
Shame you missed playdate but there's quite a few blingy challenges it would probably fit in.

Your card is so beautiful! I love the medalions you did. I've been meaning to go over to her site and try my hand at it, but even if I do, I'll never be as good as you are. I love the pearls and all of the pretty pastel colors. Oh, and I love your new blog. I'm trying to see if I can do my own, if not, I'll be checking with someone, too. I hate the generic fonts, etc. Love, dj

Stacy, congrats on winning at OTWC! This is truly such a beautiful card, and even though that's a random draw, I still think it deserves a win based on merit! And isn't Andrea very influencing? I have been lucky enough to have lunch with her twice and pick her brain for ideas.

Congrats once again!
