Purse-onally Giving You Another Purse!

Another Purse!  Surprise surprise!  I just love them!
Do you know I won a few weeks back and I won a
cool purse template!I know- go figure!  I will be sure
to post when I get to use it.
This is a template I've used before, but it is so easy
 and quite cute.

This is for a couple that has been letting us stay
in their home.  We are part of a volunteer program with our religion.
It involves volunteering our time tohelp on the construction of new
Kingdom Halls, (Our Place of Worship)  My husband and I are part
of the landscape crew.  Our department goes after the construction to
make it look pretty.  It is very organized and we are part of a certain
region that works on each new project in that region.  So this one is 3
hours from our home, and this couple, who does not know us, opened
their home to us last weekend, and again this weekend.  We hit it
off right away. It is amazing how you can feel so comfortable
with total strangers. We all try to apply the same
bible principles, so you don't worry.

You did another fabulous card (or purse, or card) LOL. All of your bling is awesome. It really does look like a little purse. I'm sure your new friends will love it, too. TFS, dj

What a truely beautiful card, the friends will cherish that I'm sure. My hubby has been helping out on a local build ...he comes home soaking wet some days, saying he aches all over and 'complaining' he'll be stiff in the morning ... he has a grin so wide it nearly splits his face - you just can't buy this kind of happiness can you lol.

Hi Stacey, I love your purse! Love the colors, love the bling! I discovered you through Dorcas's blog and am happy to meet my sisters all over the world! I was supposed to be at a Hall build this weekend as well, but our CO visit happened to be at the same time, so I am enjoying that instead. I'm happy and sad at the same time... And guess what? I work on landscaping as well!! Just love it.
Take care, Marilyn (from Saskatchewan, Canada)

PS: Sorry, I don't have a blog...just a 'good old' email address.

I also love your scraproom. I have a little room too, and everybody bugs me about how organized and labelled everything is, so I can totally relate to your room. I have my story behind that too, because as a teenager, my room was terribly messy! lol
Bye for now, Marilyn

Hey! That is SOO cute! I didn't know you are on the RBC. Shane is too. He does the Auto-cad (drawings for the project) and he is learning how to do the 'civil' stuff. I showed your blog to a sister in our hall who is big into card-making, and she did an awesome card like your anniversary card. It's me and Shane's 9th today!

OK, so I have a question for you. The paper you have your "bling" on in the middle of your card... how did you get the scaloped edges in a perfect circle???

-Jill (Keri L.'s freind in MO- I am the friend Kari just told you about above... I will show you the diamond fold card I made inspred by yours posted in August. But I will wait until after next week (it's for my husband on our anniversary.))

Jill, The scallop is a die by Spellbinders. Nestibilities. Each set comes in a few sizes to nest in the next size for matting. They have circles, squares, ovals, You can use them with Cuttlebug, Spellbinder's Wizard, Sizzex.

You can get me E-Mail from Keri if you have more questions. Would love to see your work
