So Sorry....

Sentimental Sundays- Sketch

This card is for friends who just had to put their
dog to sleep because of serious health problems.
They have had her for 11 years and this is a very
difficult time for both of them.  Our pets are part of
our family and it is very difficult to lose them.

Stacey I know that they will love the card. I think you did an absolutely beautiful job on this card. I love all of your elements. Of course, with all of the beautiful scrapbooks that you've done, I shouldn't be surprised. I'm sending the one with the chubby little girl with the little bird.

Hugs, dj

Hi Stacey, as you say losing a beloved pet is so difficult and a lovingly made card such as this is so thoughtful. It's beautiful, great stitching and colouring. Love all your extra touches, the butterfly and all the work you always put into the inside of your cards. That is such a cute image, I must go and have a look at her on Mo's. Well done on getting so many challenges into it, a girl after my own heart lol. Hugs lin

OMGoodness! When did this get posted? I checked this morning and it wasn't there and now there's like 15 comments! Wow! I like how this came out and I'm sure they'll love it too. :-) Great job. Her tights came out perfect with the shine and everything!

Hey!
This is a really sweet card, and I'm sure your friends will really appreciate it at this time.

Your colouring looks great; I can see you had fun learning from your tutor :-)

You asked me what a Silhouette machine was on my blog; well it's basically a digital cutter, but it can do so much more :-) It can sketch/draw, so you can virtually make your own stamps and sketch them out! It's really cool, I love it :-) Only thing is, it only cuts up to the thickness of card so no chipboard :-(
